Post I have a friend...

...he's one of "those" guys.

One of those who tolerates gay people, but still believes they're going to hell (though he'll never say that exctly that way)...the guy who likes facebook pages like "heterosexual pride" and rants about "teh feminazis" (THOSE rants remind me of Thunderf00t) and goes on other rants that make little sense, and you know what he's saying is bullshit, but there's just so much bullshit you don't know what the hell to even say.

He saw an screen shot of someone commenting about how he was dating a transsexual person who hasn't had a sex change yet,and how he'd perform fellatio on his partner despite the fact he isn't attracted to men and...well...

"This couple is either gay or mentally ill. Or both."

Followed up by:

"My imaginary friend is a man who turned lesbian by associating himself as one of the female gender, who thought she was a straight man, but identified himself as a transsexual straight woman, got some surgery to give her a penis, but then imagined imagining himself as a gay woman without breasts, who would eventually get her mammary glands cut out and got her penal surgery undone, thus becoming a breastless lesbian woman who thought she was a man, who thought he was a straight woman, who thought she was a gay man, who was born a female male, but thought about thinking about becoming a straight woman, who would eventually turn lesbian for transsexual men who thought about imagining they were men who thought they were women, but were actually born male females.

Better yet, let's create new sexualities. Clearly this is something new. Only very privileged and special people can have tastes such as these, and they must be distinguished from the average, everyday gay, lesbian, straight, queer, and bisexual.

The first one will be the name for a man who is attracted to transsexual men, but were born female.

Any thoughts as to what that would be called? Anyone? They are being picky. We cannot settle for male, female, man, and woman no longer.

What about the name for a woman who is attracted to transsexual men, but were born female?

What about the name for a man who is attracted to a transsexual women, but were born male? And females who switched twice? Come on guys, this is fucking important."

Oh, I see, I'll brace myself.

I don't know what he means by "tolerate"? In what way does he tolerate it? Tolerating insinuates the relationships of other people concern him in anyway? I'd like to know how they do if so.

"This couple is either gay or mentally ill. Or both."

Or, they love each other?

I have no idea what someone's gender or genitals have to do with their ability to love another person, and I have no idea how those facts concern anyone but the people involved. If someone is happy to be with a person who has had their gender changed, then that's their business and no one else's. Personally, I love that people are happy, I love that people find others whom the love, and I love that on the whole people aren't interfering bigots whose personal failures they see fit to impose others, (of course in this example, not so much).

It always seems to me that people who are so unsure about their own sexuality are first to condemn others for theirs. While the ideal is for everyone to enjoy love without fear, restraint or obligation, clearly this doesn't apply to anyone who isn't heterosexual.

I just don't even know...

Nope, me neither. The guys at twat-waffle.
