I've played classical piano since i was young, guitar, bass, cello, some drums, and i like working with protools and logic. My acoustic is a custom Stonebridge 23-CR, bass is a musicman stingray 5 string, electrics are Gibson Les Paul Menace and an old schecter C1 classic. I used to have an 88 key korg triton m3 but sold it. i use a peavey 6506+ amp head with a mesa 4x4 slant cab. I had a floyd rose on the gibson and i'm looking for something different. suggestions?

My most useful suggestion would be to go to some music shops and try things out. One man's favourite instrument can turn out to be awful for another person, you can never really know until you try it out for yourself.

When I was searching for the 'right' short scale, I tried a Stringray, and it was like sex with my hands. If I had been able to afford it, that's what I would have gotten, but I went with the Jaguar and she's a beautiful instrument. What part of Indiana are you in? We should jam some time. Last year I was given an old Goya acoustic, too. Beautiful sound, but it's my first time touching a guitar as opposed to bass. I'm still learning to fret properly and not wap the adjacent strings. They're so small, it's like a little girl's toy! My soundcloud though I rather suck

And I'm up in NW Indiana, facebook me if you want. As far as the "little girl's toy", I was just remembering a little girl (literally she is almost a midget", Kaki King. She was August Rush's hands in the movie, and she is amazing. Check it out if you get a chance!

Right on yea, the "little girls toy" is just a joke about how small the strings on a guitar are. I've been playing these fat ass bass strings for years, I have no delicate touch for these little nylon threads

I play the guitar and bass. I also compose when I'm feeling like it, but I usually just play songs that I like.

I play trombone in a big band, although I got started in music playing piano. I have also played in brass choirs, quintets, quartets, trombone choirs, pit orchestras, and concert bands.
