The receptionist dies in the end of the movie, in a really stupid scene, the doors are forever!

So the doors are made of high-density, indestructible wood, but the walls can be crashed through by running into them. It brings to mind that old cartoon gag where the entire building is destroyed, but the front door is left standing.

Also, that guy is a terrible bodyguard. A real one would have taken the kid out of there at 0:30.

Yah pretty much, he's sorta in that "Under Seige" situation, except instead of being just a cook on a ship by terrorists, he's supercourier with a james bond car and special forces experience who is whoring himself out as a politically prestigious family's chauffeur because he has the hots for the kid's mother or something. Giving the kid an engineered virus is an assassination attempt on his father and subsequently the UN Security council by the russian stereotypes, and --gasp-- there's only enough antidote for two people!

Wasn't bad as far as mindless action movies go, but you should watch the first transporter before the second one, becuase the first movie was actually damned good.

^This pretty much. Also, you don't really understand any of the jokes in the second if you haven't seen the first.

Never actually saw the third to comment on it.

Today I had to take my daughter to the pediatrician to have her blood checked (poor girl's got only one kidney)

Well, at the weekend in the nearby childrens' hospital, a heavily disabled boy with a chronic lung-disease died of swine-flu. Now the ped's a vaccination-point, or will be in a week and there was one poor nurse doing nothing but and,´swering the phone telling parents what and when.

Oh, and I s'pose Obama came over incognito and murdered the boy himself

First they lose a pencil, then they leave their lunchboxes laying around, and before you know it the kid has misplaced a kidney. You've got to get to them early, teach them to value their own stuff!

I'd be interested to hear what you pro-vax people think of the changed definition of Pandemic by the WHO, the chance of this recombinant virus occurring naturally, and many other things said in the interview.

I love this interview because there isn't anything to attack besides the points being made ;) So look it up, and tell me if your thoughts have changed.

Post Re: Anti-vax

Hm, a hypocritical, ultra femininist, libertarian, spanish, catholic nun who happens to be a PhD of Public Health, along with a Masters in some theological nonsense, who states several scientific facts (Good so far) and then says "Wow, isn't this disturbing" (gets a bit...odd) then begins to weavee happenstance and spiderwebs into a criticism of the WHO for being the center of a conspiracy surrounding by the H1N1 vaccine. (crackpot) Most notably, bitching about how the WHO is able to somehow compel 'mandatory' vaccinations for the public, when there is no real case of this happening.

Oh, even better yet, a single quote out of an issue of the New England Journal of medicine proves that there was a plot to resurrect the virus from the 1918 strain by digging it out of an inuit carrier who was frozen in the ice. :Thrusts pinky out: And they will give you the cure, for one.... MILLION... dollars.

http://www.slideshare.net/guest0a4bd7/e ... n-on-h1-n1

Considering that the entire point of what she says is essentially "BAWWW government no force injections" when they don't, ( Remember, libertarians think the government is teh eevil ) watching the interview was a bit of a waste of time.

This is much like the truther's argument. "Wow doesn't this seem to be such a coincidence, and if you look at it this particular way it could be evil. I know, it must be a conspiracy BAWWWWWW"

Some random blogger wrote:Where is the Spanish Inquisition when you need it?
I hardly know where to start with this nonsense. I'm bolshy enough to have no love or sympathy for corporations in general, let alone the drug companies. But let's take them out and shoot them for their real crimes, not fantasy crimes.

I follow the Spanish media fairly closely, and have yet to see anything that suggests mandatory vaccination in that country. To the contrary, Spaniards seem eager to get the shot without the slightest bit of coercion. So what does Sor Teresa have her habit in a twist about?

As for the supernational power of WHO to tell sovereign governments when and whom to vaccinate--if only Margaret Chan and David Nabarro could use such power to get accurate bird-flu data out of Indonesia! Or reliable H1N1 mortality figures out of China!

If you really need a conspiracy to make sense of this pandemic, look elsewhere. After almost five years of watching WHO in action, I can say that it's a wonderful, hard-working organization of medically trained masochists. If one of their member states sneezes, WHO has to ask permission to say "Gesundheit!"

Teresa Forcades. Hmpf. She'll give a talk in the Second Congress on Science and Spirit, the third week of november, with her shit - and with Miquel Pros, naturist. Hmm. Who more will be there? Lluàs Botinas, AIDS-denier who blames Americans of "creating" HIV as an excuse for not investigating, Miguel Celades, on chemtrails - or how governments all over the world are controling us; this guy is convinced that aliens created humans -, Antoon Moonen and his electromagnetic contamination, Diana Castillo (9/11 truther), Jose Luis C. (hollowearthist), Alfred L. Webre (exopoliticist), Jose y Myriam Sanromà¡ (chiropractics), Gabriel Silva (I knew he was a pyramidologist, but seems he's more than that), Jessica Schab (a crystal or indigo or something reincarnated girl to bring us love), alongside with other newagers, and some people I still have not even a little clue what they are speaking about. There will be alternative therapeutic tantric karmic wakabalabalic music too!!. That has keep my morning occupied - I had nothing better to do.

So she is not going to be a Jenny McCarthy, just a ridiculous person - as long as we keep showing her friends.

H1N1 vaccines are not mandatory in Spain, but press and media have been doing their work [well, mostly], and certainly people is getting their shots. Furthermore, I'd say that the nonsense used to justify non-vaccination comes mainly from South America, and there's very little national product (though sometimes crap jumps the ocean unnoticed, and then comes back).

The sad part is that they'll probably be receiving subventions from the government :(

And of course... when did Teresa forget that God doesn't like liers?

Well, here a link (to a blog having a link to the congress'; I don't want to link them directly): magonia. It's in Spanish, but you can google the names. There's also a link to a previous post about this very person.

I'm still waiting for me, my wife, or anyone we know to die from the H1N1 vaccine. Hell, I'm still waiting for the dozens of shots I've had over the years to kill me. I have gotten the flu vaccine almost every year since 1992, I had the full spectrum of vaccines for military service... twice!

I guess I should also have brain cancer from my cell phone, another cancer from artificial sweetener, and all sorts of bad stuff from "toxins." As long as we're talking about the complete stupidity of the anti-vax position, we might as throw in a couple of other bogus medical myths. 8-)
